PPC International Sdn Bhd (PPC) was originally established in 1991 under Pakatan Jurunilai dan Perunding Hartanah (KL) as a sole proprietor headed by Mr. Siders Sittampalam.
With the expanding business opportunities and growth of the earlier establishment, he together with his new partners incorporated Pakatan Property Consultancy Sdn Bhd in 1996.
In 2002, with the globalization and expanding markets, the firm realized that an international network was a pre-requisite, and in line with it the firm went international and renamed it PPC International Sdn Bhd with Mr. Siders Sittampalam being the Managing Director.
Whilst PPC was serving international clients, the local market was also simultaneously expanded with the opening of the branches in Shah Alam, Penang, Alor Setar and Kuching progressively.
Today, PPC is recognized both locally and internationally and serves multi national companies and large conglomerates.
