Experiences :

Encik Kamarudzaman began his professional career in Knight Frank Baillieu (Malaysia) in 1991.  He joined PPC as a Director in 1996.

Encik Kamarudzaman has wide experience in property valuation and property research, undertaking numerous complex exercises and overseeing the entire team.  He has given numerous talks on matters related to professional practice to various financial institutions.  He is currently the Director-in-charge of our Shah Alam Branch.

Bachelor of Surveying (Honours) in Property Management, University Technology Malaysia, 1996.

Member of the Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia.

Registered Valuer and Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia.


Experiences :

Manager in Khong & Jaafar Sdn Bhd (1996 – 2003).

Associate Director in Khong & Jaafar Sdn Bhd (2003 – 2006).

Director in PPC since 2006.

Mr Thiru’s areas of expertise include Property Valuation, Property Consultancy, Market & Feasibility Studies, Property Management, Preparation of Cash Flow Models and Sensitivity Analysis and Land Acquisition matters. He have also been involved in research on the various aspects of the property market, marketing of small condominium projects as well as in real estate agency i.e. buying and selling properties.

MARK SAW KHAY LIANG

Diploma (Honours) in Rural Estate Management (Royal Agricultural College).

Member of the Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia.

Member of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents.

Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Registered Valuer and Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia.


Experiences :

Mr Mark Saw was previously founding Partner of Property Search Company Sdn Bhd and the sole proprietor of PSC Property Consultancy.  Both companies have merged to form PPC International (Penang) Sdn Bhd in year 2005.

Prior to setting up the present company, Mr Mark Saw worked and held a number of positions with other leading Chartered Surveying companies namely, Knight Frank, Cardales and Henry Butcher.

Mr Mark Saw is an experienced Chartered Surveyor, Registered Valuer and Estate Agent with over ten (10) years of experience.
