Project Coordination Services

This service is an extension of our research and consultancy. We might be appointed to either coordinate the development or be part of the project team to continue advice on development process and market trends as construction is in progress.

Primary objective of PPC when being appointed to coordinate project:
  • Ensure satisfactory completion within proper limits of development budget and schedule
  • Act as the representative of client in managing any new construction, expansions or refurbishment
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and consultants to prepare clear and concise report to owner with relevant information critical for decision making
  • Keep inform owner of every steps of development process
  • Organize consultant meetings, implement development programme and conduct site visits
  • Oversee construction progress during development
  • Maintain relationship between developer and prospective purchasers or tenants
  • Become an integral part of owner’s organization by providing necessary technical and management skills to ensure efficient and effective project implementation from concept stage until final completion
